Site outages could inflict shipping issues, that delay delivery. 

Human error is a possible factor in shipments being missed or delayed.

How do we organize deliver?

When your order has shipped, we will receive an email notification. We will then contact you through email to plan for delivery. You should receive If after 72 hours you have not answered the email planning a delivery date, we will attempt to contact you through the phone number you provided at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, it is your responsibility to not accept it. You have the right to decline the product. The product is as-is, it is your responsibility to decline at the time of delivery.
